HELP! I NEED HELP! Is this girl just racist or hates me?

Ok, here me out here. I know the title suggests that I might be a dumb@#$ but seriously here me out.
So I’m a asian american, act very American, have friends of all ethnicities/races and in fact less Asian friends than Caucasians. I’m currently a freshman in college
There’s this caucasian girl I’ve been interested in who’s in my class group and sits next to me. I try to talk to her a lot and even give nice complements but she responds to my questions like a robot. I told her many times if I could talk to her in person bout something and she would not even want to do that… so I told her over text that I think she’s great, special and want to take her out to dinner. I got rejected saying how she had a bf and all, so I was like okay, I respect/support your relationship and I’m always here for her… but she never responded as if she’s like she doesnt give a damn.
When other guys in the group talk to her, ask questions she looks like she’s amused and into the conversation and when I try… it’s like she’s a robot answering questions. And btw she was talking about HER asking ANOTHER GUY (white) if HE wanted to come to dinner with her… so…
Ok as a person shes really not a B!^CH bout towards me, subtly she acts like one towards me… and btw she doesnt even have that many friends…
OK So seriously, dont get offended by the question but what do you think? Just hates me as a person or prejudice/racist toward me as an asian person? (Btw the other caucasian girl in the group likes me as a friend always says Hi so it’s not like im a loser)
Oh yeah, looks wise and I guess personality wise… (if only she gave me a chance) she’s almost like my ideal girl… should I give up or believe that, since we’re both college freshman I still got 4 yrs to try to get know her.. SOMEHOW…?
Sorry man, she is just trying to say no but is having trouble, maybe because she is thinking…

i think your just reading into it too much, you never know maybe she is being like that because she actually likes you . . .then again she might really not like you so i wouldn’t take the risk so much on her liking you part.
i suggest if she doesn’t want to talk to you in Private and if she knows you like her. . . just back of for a while, do what she does to you ignore her and talk to her friends . . .she will either think hay somethings up and feel left out and come to you or play along with it . . . .if she does play along with it . . . . then talk to her in front of everyone, if she does the robot thing as usually .. . . i say you embarrass her slightly by just saying whats your problem with me , i have tried to talk to you in Private about this but since you aren’t willing then i might as well deal with it here in front of everyone . . .. whats your problem with me? did i do something wrong? yes i like you but that’s hardly a crime and i get the message you clearly dont like me back . .i am not going to cry about it . . .its not a big deal . . .seriously i am soooo sure that will work because in the end she will have to face up to the issues and actually feel bad about her behavior which could initially bring you closer as if she ignores it she will look like the bad guy . . .. .hope i helped good luck xx
